Oracle Forms Issues

Oracle forms is unable to connect

symptom Oracle forms is unable to connect. The forms are not displayed.
resolution Kindly follow below steps.
  1. Take a backup of userdata\config\download_contenttypes.txt.
  2. Edit userdata\config\download_contenttypes.txt.
  3. Comment out the entry application/octet-stream in the download_contenttypes.txt.

    A sample download_contenttypes looks like: zip excel doc application/vnd.ms application/ms #application/octet-stream application/pdf
  4. Clear browser cache, Restart Sahi and check if the forms are now able to connect.
